League Cup Final is manager's fourth 4-nil defeat to Utd

MANCHESTER UTD’s 4-nil win over Wigan in Sunday’s Carling Cup Final was Wigan manager Paul Jewell’s fourth 4-nil defeat by United.

Prior to this season’s loss at Old Trafford in December, Jewell had been manager of a Bradford City team turned over home and away by the same scoreline in the 1999-2000 season.

Wigan play United again on Monday 6th March.
